Ready to transcend the basics and define your signature style? Building on your essential foundation, this course invites you to bridge the gap between technical skill and artistic vision. We shift our focus to the study of fundamental principles—proportion, balance, and rhythm—and how to apply them to more delicate arrangements such as structured bouquets and alternative form designs. By exploring contemporary and alternative styles, you will develop a critical eye for aesthetics, learning not just the ‘how,’ but the ‘why’ behind every placement.

• Session 1 - Contemporary floral design: Arrangement

• Session 2 - Balance and harmony: Structure bouquet

• Session 3 - Flower to wear: Floral necklace

• Session 4 - Floral form alternative: Arrangement

• Session 5 - Floral design alternative: Floral handbag

• Session 6 - Application and scale: Table art design

Course Features:

• We will re-visit specific floral design concepts through six completely different designs, and help you unlock the key to application of floral fundamentals.

• This course is ideal for those with elemental flower experience and eager to explore modern floral applications, such as integrating floral artistry with non-traditional mediums like fashion accessories. • We recommend participants having elementary experience with floral arrangement or completing the Floristry Fundamentals Course Level I & II. That said, less experienced students are also warmly welcomed, as our instructors will provide all the necessary guidance and support to help you keep pace.

• Each session shall last for approximately 2.5 hours.

• All materials are included. We will also provide you with the essential tools.

More Information:

• Location - We are located at Flat C, 10/F, Golden Plaza, Prince Edward, Hong Kong (MTR Exit C1, 5 minutes walk)

• Arrival - The studio opens 15 minutes prior to each session for you to settle in.

• Equipment - Essential equipment and tools is provided.

• Language - Our lessons are delivered predominately in Cantonese. However we are happy to assist you in English and Mandarin. Feel free to let us know if you wish to arrange a class in English and Mandarin.

• Photography and video - Please feel free to take your own photos. Video recording is prohibited.

• Our tutors - Our lessons are conducted by AIFD, CFD and DFA certified professional tutors.
