  1. Upon receiving a student's registration request, the School will confirm the enrollment via telephone or WhatsApp message.

  2. Students must pay the full tuition fee for the relevant course within 5 working days of receiving the course confirmation notice or 10 days before the course commencement (whichever is earlier).

  4. If a course is cancelled before commencement due to insufficient enrollment or other reasons attributed to the School, a refund of the course fees will be arranged within 3 working days of the cancellation notice.

  5. The School reserves the right to cancel any course. If a course is discontinued after it has started, the School will provide a pro-rata refund of the course fees within 3 working days of the cancellation notice.

  6. Once enrolled and tuition fees are paid, if a student requests to withdraw (regardless of whether it is before or during the course), no refund will be provided (except for the reasons attributed to the School mentioned above).

  7. Regarding the Floristry Fundamentals Course / Floristry Advanced Course / CFD / PFDE (AIFD) Preparatory courses, if a student is unable to attend any class, a make-up class request must be submitted 15 days prior to that class. 8. The School reserves the right of final decision on all refund arrangements for tuition fees.

  9. Once enrolled, students are not permitted to switch to other courses.

  10. The School will provide the necessary tools for each workshop. However, students may still bring their own tools to class.
